Diablo III
For the last year at least, Blizzard Entertainment has been talking about and showing us glimpses of Diablo III. Having only played the second Diablo, and not very well either, I am cautiously eager to get this game.
I also recently downloaded the ‘fan site pack‘ filled with images (like the header above, but bigger) and various tidbits of information. This fan kit does little to answer some of the most daunting questions I have about the new installment.
Questions like:
- When is the damn game coming out?!
- Can we get a better, real, list of player classes and NPCs’?
- Will it run on poor old Windows Vista? Windows 7?
I know there are scores of better and more in depth questions out there, but these are the simple ones that I’d figure we’d have answers to by now.
Blizzard seems to be holding their cards close to their chest about this game. Maybe they will be unloading some good details at this years BlizzCon, August 21 – 22. That is a pretty long time to wait, but what choice do we have?
Hopefully the information they dispense over the next several months will be substantive and not another April Fools gag!
