Apple: App Store Has Over 100,000 Apps
With the iPhone being one, if not the, best selling phone, and the iPod Touch being the major PMP on the market, it is no surprise that the Apple App Store has amassed over 100,000 applications for users to peruse.
Wikipedia claims that there have been over 2 billion downloads from the app store since it’s inception on July 10th, 2008. Yeah, that’s alot.
With so many apps available for download, whats’ your favorite app?
Is it a game? A GPS enabled app? something to locate food or movies? Or simply a social networking tool for Twitter or Facebook junkies on the go?
